How hot is the room?

Our heated classes run 105 to 110 degrees with infrared heat. Classes marked (Heated) on the schedule are heated. Yin, Aerial Low Fly and Aerial High Fly are not heated.

I'm new. Where do I start?

Start with 10 classes for $10, good for 2 weeks.

Sauna and salt are booked by appointment. They're included with Classes + Amenities memberships, or you can buy sessions separately.
