What to know as a New Student

Tips for Success!

  • We are located in the back of the building.
  • Arrive early! We lock the door at the start of class.
  • Bring your yoga mat, towel & water. (rentals are available)
  • Come to class on an empty stomach but stay hydrated before and after class.
  • You can store your items in the cubbies.
  • Do not judge - yourself or others.
  • "Unplug" - Silence your phone and dedicate this time for yourself.
  • Do your best, don't give up.
  •  Breathe! You may find yourself dizzy at times. This is perfectly normal. Stay in the room.
  • Cleanliness is a large part of yoga. Please practice this in your surroundings, your words, your thoughts. Return any used props and clean your mat after class.
  • Thank yourself for taking the time to get BALANCED!

Frequently Asked Questions

We want to support you!

Please TEXT us (208) 846-5787 if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Because of the potential risks of practicing yoga in an oppressively hot room, infrared heat yoga is gaining popularity as a better option for many practitioners.

Infrared heat is safe and penetrates the body within, thus aids in detoxifying internal organs instead of merely causing the body to sweat. Your body feels pleasantly warm without you feeling the exhaustion in a hot room. The heat in infrared heat yoga is therapeutic, not oppressive.

Infrared heat yoga helps increase circulation, alleviate aches, and revitalize your body with a sense of wellness and warmth from within.

To top it all, infrared heat  has been shown to lower blood pressure and increase weight loss.

The temperature of the room ranges from 105-110 degrees.

Non-heated classes are Yin, Aerial: Low Fly, Aerial: High Fly

You can book our amenities by texting 208 846-5787.
