Arrive early! We lock the door at the start of class.
Bring your yoga mat, towel & water. (rentals are available)
Come to class on an empty stomach but stay hydrated before and after class.
We do not have lockers, you can store your items in the cubbies. We lock the door to ensure the safety of your items and our students.
Do not judge - yourself or others.
"Unplug" - Silence your phone and dedicate this time for yourself.
Do your best, don't give up.
Breathe! You may find yourself dizzy at times. This is perfectly normal. Stay in the room.
Cleanliness is a large part of yoga. Please practice this in your surroundings, your words, your thoughts. Return any used props and clean your mat after class.
